2. How can I delete my account or data?

To delete your account and data, go to Settings > Delete Account > (Enter your current password) and click Delete.

* Please note that this process once done cannot be undone.

3. Why was my withdrawal request declined?

Estimated earning and actual earning can differ. Please make sure your total earnings has reached the minimum payout amount i.e. $5.

4. How can I calculate my actual earnings?

Let's say you've 11,700 points and 4 referrals. Then your actual earning is calculated as under:

Earning from points : 11700/2500 = $4.68
Earning from referral : 0.12 x 4 = $0.48 (As the referral amount at the time of writing this is $0.12 per referral)

Therefore, actual (or total earning) = $4.68 + 0.48 = $5.16

5. Why is there a discrepancy between estimated earning and actual earning?

The discrepancy can be due to any one or more reason(s):
i) One or more referral(s) couldn't complete the sign up process and was deleted by the admin.
ii) Some of your posts were reported by user(s) for violating the site policy.
iii) Some of your posts or referrals were deleted by the admin for trying to manipulate the system for personal benefit.

6. How is the Top 10 Users of the Week determined?

The Top 10 Users of the Week is determined by the total number of likes their posts receive during the current week.
